I graduated from the College of Osteopaths with a degree in Osteopathy, having previously completed a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science and Management. Alongside my osteopathic training, I also hold qualifications as an ECB Level 2 Cricket Coach, a Level 2 Gym Instructor, and a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

I treat the body as a connected whole, combining soft-tissue techniques, joint mobilisation, and gentle manipulation. My aim is to restore joint mobility, ease muscle tension, improve blood and nerve flow, and ultimately, activate the body’s natural healing processes. I enjoy working with all types of patients, from those experiencing acute injuries to those managing more chronic conditions, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual’s needs and goals.

With my background in sport science and coaching, I have a particular interest in integrating exercise rehabilitation and performance-focused care into my osteopathic practice. I believe in empowering patients with knowledge and tools to support their own recovery and wellbeing.

Outside of work, I am passionate about cricket and coach both All Stars and Dynamos programmes, helping young players develop skills and confidence in the sport. I also enjoy staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
