I’m Lauren, a BSc (Hons) Osteopath with a background in sports massage and personal training. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment, focusing on understanding the whole person rather than just the symptoms. My interest in the body and performance began at a young age through competitive cycling. This experience gave me a strong foundation in understanding movement, injury prevention, and the importance of optimising performance. It led me to study sports massage at Loughborough College in 2015, where I began working hands-on with a wide range of clients. Building on this, I went on to train at the London School of Osteopathy, graduating in 2020. Alongside my osteopathic practice, I am a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, which allows me to integrate rehabilitation, strength, and conditioning into my treatment plans. I have trained and worked in London for over 10 years, supporting private clients with a variety of needs, from persistent pain and postural issues to injury rehabilitation and performance support. My approach is always tailored and individual, combining hands-on treatment with practical advice and exercise to support long-term results. I focus on helping you move well, feel confident in your body, and build lasting strength and resilience.
