Kirsty Alderman

I graduated from Coventry University with a BSc Hons in Sports Therapy. In doing so, I have gained experience in a number of professional environments such as championship football and ice hockey. I have also developed a number of skills during clinical settings which include soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation and rehabilitation. My interest for sports therapy stemmed when completing work experience with a local football club when I was younger. Since then, I have been particularly interested in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions/injuries having seen first-hand the benefit a sports therapist can provide! Whether you’re suffering from an injury or general aches and pains, my hands on treatment approach and home advice can make a difference to ensure you feel better. I always ensure I am continuing my professional development by completing courses and expanding my knowledge through working with different professionals. From a young age, I have played football competitively and continue to do so now for a local Sunday team. As well as this, I enjoy going to the gym, particularly strength training and also swimming. Through my knowledge and treatment approach, I hope to get each individual achieving their goals and back to full fitness.
