Nicolas Train

Nicolas graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy, London.

During his studies he developed a special interest in the treatment of chronic pain and the management of complex cases. He was fortunate enough to have been part of the NHS-funded OsteoMAP project, one of the first large-scale programmes integrating the hands-on aspects of Osteopathy with mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches to support people with persistent pain.

Prior to becoming an Osteopath, Nicolas was able to develop his analytical skills through his passion for the natural sciences and studying Physics in Germany. This has proven to be very useful in solving the complex presentations frequently seen in Osteopathic practice. He is still incredibly happy about his change in career direction as he is able to positively engage with people more directly.

In his spare time Nicolas loves to cook with his partner and for his friends, experimenting with ingredients to create new dishes or rediscover old ones. He also enjoys travelling to his home countries, France and Germany, to visit family and to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and delicious food that both have to offer.
