Adam Sheridan


Adam studied osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) and qualified in 1988. A year later he established the Rugby Osteopathic Centre in Rugby in 1989 which has now developed into one of the largest multidisciplinary practices in the Midlands.

Adam has a special interest in the bio-mechanics of injury, gait analysis, running technique advice, sports rehabilitation and primary movement analysis.

Jo Sheridan

D.O.  Hons. 

Jo studied to be an Osteopath at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in London after having completed a Biology degree at Sussex University. She joined Rugby Osteopathic Centre in 2001 to work with her husband Adam. Jo has a special interest in working with women and children.

Liam Halton

BSc (Hons) Ost

Liam graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Osteopathy after returning to education in 1997 as a mature student following a career in purchasing with Massey Ferguson.

Liam’s interest in osteopathy developed after having treatment for various sports injuries. “I always found that treatment helped me return to fitness much faster and that my general health improved”, says Liam.

Alicia Serednycka-Poole


Alicia graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2017 with a first class masters degree in Osteopathy. During her studies she also gained a sports massage and modern acupuncture qualification to provide her patients with a variety of treatment options.

Alicia’s choice of subject for her research dissertation reflects her interest in providing the best treatment for patients. This piece of work was awarded the year prize and is currently in the process of publication. Read more about Alicia


Stephanie Lawton


Stephanie joined the Rugby Osteopathic Centre in May 2019. She graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2015 and has treated a variety of conditions including headaches and sports injuries.

A keen CrossFitter herself, Stephanie has also been involved in the treatment and rehabilitation of many CrossFit, Strongwoman and Strongman competitors.
