Adam Sheridan

Adam studied osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) and qualified in 1988. He developed his special interest in Sport’s medicine working in the Sport’s clinic at the BSO. He worked in London for a year until moving to the Midlands to work in Leamington Spa. Adam established the Rugby Osteopathic Centre in Rugby in 1989 which has now developed into one of the largest multidisciplinary practices in the Midlands.

Adam took over the chairmanship of the Midlands' Osteopathic Group between 1995 and 1997, which organised the Continual Professional Development (CPD) for osteopaths in the area. Adam now co-ordinates the Rugby Osteopathic Centre’s CPD programme bringing together the expertise of our health professionals to benefit our patients.

Adam has a special interest in the bio-mechanics of injury, gait analysis, running technique advice, sports rehabilitation and primary movement analysis.

When not at work Adam enjoys training with the rugby triathlon club and running around Draycote. He is also studying ceramics at Warwickshire College and enjoys his allotment when escaping from his 3 teenage children!

Liam Halton

BSc (Hons) Ost

Liam graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Osteopathy after returning to education in 1997 as a mature student following a career in purchasing with Massey Ferguson.

Liam’s interest in osteopathy developed after having treatment for various sports injuries: “I always found that treatment helped me return to fitness much faster and that my general health improved.” This inspired Liam to change his career path and retrain as an osteopath. 

Liam has experience in treating adults and children using a wide range of techniques and continues his professional development by attending post-graduate courses and seminars including Medical Acupuncture.

Liam is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GosC), the statutory body that is responsible for the regulation of osteopaths in the UK and a member of the British Osteopathic Association and the British Medical Acupuncture Assocation. 

Jill Drew

Jill is a Chartered Physiotherapist and HPC registered.  She qualified in 1985 from the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital,  Birmingham .   Jill is an advanced member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and has been a National accredited tutor. As well as in acupuncture she also holds post graduate qualifications in Orthopaedic Medicine and Pilates.

Jill has been lucky enough to gain a wealth of experience throughout the UK both within the NHS , in Private Practices and private  hospitals.   She was previously the Clinical Specialist for Coventry Primary Care trust based at Gulson Hospital before moving from the NHS  into private practice. She also works at the BMI Hospital in Coventry.

Jill has special interests in Shoulder and elbow rehabilitation, acupuncture, ante and post natal musculoskeletal problems, headaches, sporting injuries in children and adolescents and pilates.  

In her free time Jill enjoys tennis, Pilates, baking and pottering in the garden and keeping chickens.
